Monika Holzmann
Rachel Bradnam
My name is Monika Holzmann, I’m a mother of two, and I support people with craniosacral therapy. My particular focus is on people trying to conceive, pregnant women, infants, and children. Craniosacral therapy is a mindful, gentle form of bodywork that can create space for calm, regulation, and physical well-being. cranio@monika-holzmann.de

Becoming a parent changes who you are, not just how your days look. Im Rachel, and I coach women through it. I’ve been through it myself. That can take a while to make sense of. The pregnancy, the first months, the question of who you are now that everything is different. I work with it honestly, without rushing past what’s hard.

People and families come to me seeking more peace, relief, and physical regulation. During special phases of life such as trying to conceive, pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood, craniosacral therapy can gently support them in perceiving tension, releasing it, and finding greater balance within their own bodies.

Infants may need time after pregnancy and birth to adjust to the world. I support babies who cry a lot, seem very restless, have difficulty falling asleep, show feeding or tummy troubles, or appear physically tense. Craniosacral therapy can also be a mindful form of support if parents feel their baby is struggling to settle down.

I support children when they seem tense, restless, or easily overstimulated and need help to regain their calmness and body awareness. The focus is not on functionality, but rather on a subtle understanding of what the child and family need at that moment.

What's particularly important to me is providing empathetic, calm, and non-judgmental support. Every mother, every father, every child, and every family brings its own unique story. In my work, I want to create a safe space where people feel seen and where their bodies can find peace at their own pace.

I have supplemented my training in craniosacral therapy with specialized training in infant and child craniosacral therapy. I am also currently training to become a naturopathic practitioner.

I trained and certified as a transformative coach. Before this I spent a decade producing in advertising, so I know what a real change of direction asks of a person.

If any of this sounds familiar, book an intro call to find out more.

I’m Nadine, a health practitioner specializing in craniosacral therapy in Berlin. Before discovering craniosacral therapy, I was a historian and photojournalist – always curious about what lies behind stories and the visible world. My own path led me here.

In Sabine's practice, my focus is on treating infants, but parents are also welcome to receive treatment. Using chiropractic/manual medicine techniques, I treat functional disorders that can cause issues in infants such as poor feeding, a preferred posture, digestive problems, and restlessness. I employ age-appropriate, gentle, and considerate techniques to precisely harmonize muscle tone, tissue tension, and joint movement restrictions.
